Terms and Conditions of Sale
We undertake to supply the highest quality of products and services as offfered in our various products pages.
Most of our products carry a 12-month "carry-in" warranty
to replace/repair defective parts. MGE UPS Systems carry a 24-month "carry-in"
warranty, but that this excludes batteries which is normally only 12-months. This
warranty covers faulty workmanship or product failure due to natural
causes and excludes damage due to "Acts of God", flood, fire, riot, lightning,
mains surges, tampering, attempted repair or investigation by un-authorised
agents etc.
Any product found
to be tampered with in any way will be excluded from this warranty and
will be repaired/replaced at the going rate.
The cost of returning
all products to us for the "carry-in" warranty
will be for the purchasers account both to and from our offices.
It should be noted that under no circumstances will
any software products be returned to us for credit as it has been previously
deemed by ourselves that (a) the product is fully functional and complies
with all the advertising and product description and (b) it has been
proven that the product works on the device(s) that it was supplied for.
We will undertake however to resolve any problems that might occur with
installation and/or operation offerring technical support either directly
or through a convenient third party if the geographical situation prohibits
our direct involvement.
All products supplied will be packed suitably for transport
and/or courier and every effort will be made to ensure that in-transit
damage does not occur. Goods damaged in transit will be for the purchasers
account unless it is proved otherwise, by an independant consultant, that
it is the fault of ourselves.
We reserve the right to disclaim ourselves from any consequential
damage that might occur from improper use or installation of all or any
products that are supplied by ourselves.
